 FCCU “CAT” Series aeration tap cleaners

General InformationFCCU “CAT” Series tools are vital for operations of Fluid Catalytic Cracking operations, particularly “J” and “Y” bend type units. These devices allow aeration and instrument tap valves on fluid catalytic cracking units to be cleaned safely and efficiently while containing process material. Each device has a pressure and temperature rated specifically for “J” and “Y” bend type units. Tools can reach up to 7 feet into aeration taps. They are designed to be used with a nitrogen purge to remove catalyst trapped in aeration taps. The device is equiped with double check valves to allow one-way nitrogen flow through the tip of the cutter.  All models (Patent No. 8,584,296).
