Chemical Injection Probe
Chemical injection probes are vital to oil, gas, pipeline, and refining industrial applications. American Maintenance Systems offers injection probes that are safely inserted or retracted while a system is online or live. These chemical injection probes allow users to economically inject chemicals. Custom made chemical injection probes available in other specifications upon request.
Our standard chemical injection probes are available in these models:
Model No: 200F516 chemical injection probe is the best choice for low pressure applications. It has a maximum operating pressure (MOP) of 200 psi (14 bar), the 200F516 probe is a great choice for any pipeline or water treatment facility applications where a low pressure chemical injection probe is desired.
– 5/16″ OD insertion shaft
– All process wetted parts 316L SS – other alloys optional
– 200 psi (14 bar) MOP at 100°F (37.7°C)
– 500 psi (34.5 bar) maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) at 100°F (37.7°C)
– Adjustable graphoil seal
– 1/2″ up to 2″ NPT or flanged pipeline connection
– Insertion depth of up to 38 in (96.5 cm)
– 45 degree cross-cut bevel tip
