Make industrial maintenance work hassle-free with a flange spreader. Our Flange Boss™ Flange Spreaders have Roto-Wedge designs that attach to flanges through the bolt holes. These are then secured to the piping system and will not slip out easily.

The Flange Boss™ Flange Spreader boasts a 25,000-lb. spreading force designed to actuate mechanically, pneumatically, and hydraulically. It’s safe, versatile, and fits 1/2″ to 24″ flanges from ANSI 150 to 2500 lbs., ANSI 150 to 2500, or DN 15 – 600 (refer to DIN EN ISO 9002 and 6708).
